Dr. Andrew J. Oliver brings a wealth of experience and surgical expertise. He joins us from Washington State, where he most recently practiced. Prior to that, he served as a general surgeon at Madigan Army Medical Center, including two overseas deployments. Dr. Oliver has received numerous accolades and has published research in surgery and neuropharmacology. He is also an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and mentorship. He is committed to delivering the highest quality of surgical care with compassion. As a doctor-led surgical practice, Issam A.
